Account Deletion
Effective Date: January 17, 2026
You can request deletion of your CIVXO account and associated data by emailing us from your registered email address or by including your registered phone number for verification.

What may be deleted
- User profile and account information.
- Posts, comments, and uploaded media.
- Chat messages linked to your account where deletion is technically possible.
- Other personal data associated with your account.
Retention
Some logs, backups, legal records, and security-related data may be retained for up to 30 days, or longer if required by law, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or security investigation.
Verification
We may ask for basic verification before deleting an account to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
